Refund and Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable and temperature-sensitive nature of our chocolate products, we only accept returns or issue refunds for items that are damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong product. We cannot accept returns based on change of mind, taste preferences, or delayed delivery caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer).
How to Request a Return or Refund
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include the following in your request:
Your full name and order number
A clear description of the issue
Photo evidence of the packaging and the affected product(s)
You can reach our support team.
Approval and Resolution
Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. If approved, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:
A replacement of the affected item(s), subject to availability
A full or partial refund to your original payment method, depending on the extent of the issue
Additional Notes
Please do not dispose of any items before receiving our response, as we may need further information or inspection.
Refunds, once approved, may take 5–15 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider and bank.
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or consumed products.
