Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email or through the shipping carrier’s website.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Estimated delivery times within Egypt are:
- Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days
- Alexandria: 2–3 business days
Note: These are estimates. Public holidays and courier delays may impact delivery times.
Missing or Damaged Products
Please review your order upon receipt. Exchanges are only accepted in cases of damaged products or missing items.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period, or for products that have been opened or used, cannot be processed.
If you receive a damaged item or notice any missing products, please contact us within 48 hours through our social media channels for assistance.

We will arrange for our delivery representative to replace the damaged product or send the missing item.
Chocolate Shipping Policy (Warm Weather Months)
During warmer months (May–September), we take extra precautions when shipping chocolate products:
Holiday Shipping Policy
We encourage customers to place holiday orders early to avoid delays. Expected cut-off dates for delivery before major Egyptian holidays (e.g., Eid, Sham El-Nessim) will be communicated in advance on our website and social media.
International Shipping
Currently, Lakanto Egypt ships only within Egypt.
